2. Orders and pricing
- Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where GST applies.
- The total at checkout (goods + freight − any discount we apply) is the price of that order.
- We may refuse or cancel an order if there is an obvious pricing or stock error, if we cannot verify payment, or if we reasonably suspect fraud. If we have already taken payment, we will refund it.
- Payment is taken by Stripe for card transactions. PayPal is used when that option is shown at checkout. We do not store full card numbers.
3. Fulfilment
We supply as a seller-fulfilled merchant. Dispatch is typically from our Sydney warehouse and may also be from related fulfilment facilities. That does not change who you contracted with. See the Shipping Policy for quotes, pickup, and damage claims.
4. Fitment, installation, and risk of use
Product pages, vehicle selectors, and “Will it fit” notes are guidance. You must confirm compatibility for your vehicle, year, and accessories before you install.
Roof platforms, tents, awnings, and similar gear must be installed to the instructions and to Australian road and workplace rules. Load ratings apply only to a correctly specified and fitted system. Overloading, poor install, or off-road use outside the product’s intent can make the vehicle unsafe.
Professional installation is recommended for heavy or structural products. If you install yourself, you take responsibility for workmanship except where the ACL makes us responsible for a product defect.
5. Insurance
We do not currently publish a public or products liability policy number. We may arrange that cover before a full public launch. Until we update this clause, nothing here is a promise that a policy is in force. This does not reduce your ACL rights.
6. Website content and IP
Text, photos, logos, and catalogues on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy them for a competing shop. Specifications and images can change as we update products.
You must not misuse the site (for example scrape in a way that harms the service, probe security, or place orders with false details).
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law if it would be unlawful to do so.
Where we are allowed to limit liability for goods that are not of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic, or household use, our liability is limited to resupply or paying the cost of resupply.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (for example lost touring time or third-party workshop charges) that is not required to be compensated under the ACL.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The courts of New South Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that you may still use any statutory forum the ACL gives you.
9. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on the site. The version in force is the one dated above when you place the order.
