We accept major cards and PayPal at checkout. All prices are shown in AUD unless otherwise stated.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. Once an order has entered picking at our Sydney warehouse, changes may not be possible.
Fitment & installation
Will this fit my ute or wagon?
Each product page lists compatibility notes and required mounting hardware. Use the vehicle selector on our homepage or message us with your make, model, year, and roof type (rails, fixed points, bare roof).
Do you supply install instructions?
Yes. PDF fitting guides, torque specs, and template downloads are linked from product detail pages. Professional installation is recommended for heavy rooftop tents and platforms.
Shipping & delivery
Where do you ship from?
All orders dispatch from our Sydney 3PL warehouse. Delivery times vary by postcode and carrier service level.
How is freight calculated?
FBM shipping uses weight and volumetric tiers. Oversize items such as roof tents may incur additional freight — the checkout summary shows the estimate before you pay.
